Can't the father just ask for a paternity test? It seems like I hear about women doing that to prove paternity; wouldn't it work the other way as well?
Adam Dell was proven to be the father. Padma just continued (and maybe continues?) to work to keep him out of their child's life. Apparently she had her new boyfriend play daddy to the kid.
I'm sure Mr. Dell would have the money to get a lawyer, go to court, and get a visitation order...
He has gotten a lawyer and gone to court (I'm going off of the news articles I've read about the situation). Are you familiar with child custody battles at all? I've never been through one, but even I'm aware that it's not as easy-breezy as 1-2-3, go to court and everything is perfectly and fairly resolved.
Oh gee, really? You mean that family court is not all holding hands and singing Kumbaya? The point is that he has plenty of resources at his disposal. I find it very hard to believe that Padma could just keep her child from his father simply because she wants to. Doesn't work that way.
