I would not do that on a toddler bed, because it already has half rails and it’s extremely low to the ground in the first place. OP, just use the half rails and do not add anything else. Even if your child is an all over the bed sleeper, there’s a little chance of falling out of the toddler bed because the area to get out of the bed is so small. Plus, if you’re that worried put another little mattress or a gym mat or some thing next to the bed. [/quote]
