Dogs can be trained not to bark or to stop on a command. The problem is lazy owners who think like you do. "Dogs bark." Yes, they do. So the owner needs to ensure they don't bark when and where it disturbs people who did not choose to have that dog in their lives like the owner did. [/quote]

I feel your pain. My neighbor is also an a-hole dog owner who lets her untrained dog bark every single time it is outside. Dog has woken me up at 6:30 am and at 11 pm at nigh. It barks at anything that goes by because she is lazy and has never trained the thing or socialized it. The dog seriously loses it's sh*t every time someone walks by and being on a busy corner lot means a lot of people walk by.  I really don't think it has ever left the yard.

My neighbor is aware of the barking but has no regard for anyone but herself. Counting down the days until her ex husband gets the house back and she moves out. Sadly that won't be for another 3 yrs. [/quote]
