I'm sorry, OP. I'm in a similar situation - 2 PGS-normal embryos with no baby. First was a chemical that was like your first where it was only positive for a week, and the second was a miscarriage (growth stopped at 7.5 weeks, found at 10w). I'm also struggling to figure out whether this is just shitty luck, or if there's some other issue.
I'm so sorry to hear you've got the same bad luck. We did a consult and are actually reversing course back down to injectibles and TI or IUI. Basically the dr, who I really trust, said given all my stats and other history (i've worked with him in the past successfully), I have pretty similar chances with injectibles and TI than another big round of IVF, freeze all, PGT, FET, all out of pocket. The 2 IVF cycles we did gave him info that pretty much everything is working, although obviously in the end it is not getting to the end baby! We can likely afford 5+ rounds of injectibles and TI for the cost of 1 IVF out of pocket that might still not work. He said for us having more chances to throw darts at the board is better than 1. I'm hopeful, I was glad to hear I don't have to keep throwing money at IVF, but it's also not great because it means IVF which is so wonderful for many people doesn't seem that wonderful for us, and there are only so many things you can try. GOOD LUCK!
