I have 3 levels that includes 3.5 baths, so I'm familiar with OP's setup. The majority of my hosting is done on the main level. If folks want privacy to drop a bomb, they can go in the basement. Or if they insist on going upstairs to the bedroom level, they can use the hall bathroom. Using my master bath would be a huge no-no and an invasion of my privacy.
