They are contracting this out. Are you really telling me that in 2021 an app/program/computer can’t sort students into 2 lists— those doing hybrid and those staying virtual? Of course they can. APS made no effort to do so. [/quote]

The “two groups” are not likely to stay static. It would be an administrative nightmare to track the onesie to the changes to these lists.  Some hybrid families are going to pull back to virtual after they see how things are. Then others will grab those spots. Also, virtual families in some cases are still participating in sports. Therefore they will need to fill out the tracker. Can you imagine having to track down who may be at a team practice this day or that day among all the middle and high schools, various sports, and then figure out if they each really completed the tracker? Having everyone do it just makes things simpler all around[/quote]
