This is interesting, because their President Kim Adam’s can I stop running her mouth and does not limit herself to facts.  I’d bet a lot that if you went through her public statements there’s a libel, slander, defamation type tort sui there.  You’d have to dig, but pending litigation of this sort would muzzle her.

It’s like getting Trump on tax fraud. Sometimes you have to  go sideways at a problem in law.

Government actors in their official role have a ton of protection.  The place FCPS is vulnerable is FAPE.  The DOE is investigating them because they have county daycare kids and athletes in buildings, but aren’t providing SN services. That’s a real problem for them. It’s so unascent, we won’t follow IEPs for years, but wrestlers with masks...
