My 4yo and 6yo are most confortable in the vistaprint masks. The for well with no gaps. Lightweight but you can add a filter. Nose wire and adjustable straps. They also sell an extension that wraps around the head I think. We also have Vogmasks but they are thicker and the straps are a bit too thick for small ears.
We used the Vistaprint masks for kids who have been in full-time school and I'm moving away from them. I find the quality inconsistent--for example, in a batch of masks I bought last month, some had a super-short nose wire that was pretty useless, and in other masks with the same print the wire was much longer. They changed the quality of their filters several months ago to make them much flimsier, but then just switched back to better ones. The masks frequently have loose threads. The material used has gone downhill. The masks are expensive, ship directly from China, and take weeks to arrive (which wouldn't bother me so much if I could count on the quality!). My older child has switched to Beau Ties masks, which are great but too big for little kids. We're about to try some Old Navy masks for my younger child. I wish they had a filter pocket but am comfortable with three layers.
