In a masked situation, it has been shown that 3 feet are enough. Not to mention the inequity that arises when schools cannot meet the demand for IPL seats. This cannot persist just because some parents and teachers feel more comfortable with a smaller group, when there is no solid science to back it up. It's a public school system that's supposed to provide the same education to everybody, which they are currently not.[/quote]
