It's a gigantic hassle, he has to make a million annoying calls and is on hold forever, and then they finally say "Oh, sorry we overcharged you by $40, here's the $40 we owe you." So now he's got [i]$80[/i] he shouldn't, so he has to jump through a million hoops to explain THAT, and so on and so on until he goes to the bank branch to force them to take the money he shouldn't have, and they think he's [i]holding up [/i]the bank and they call the cops on him, and to avoid a lawsuit from him for a wrongful arrest they pay him off with ~thousands of dollars. :lol: [/quote]
