I am 15 lbs away from my first goal weight and picked a bag I want: https://shop.lululemon.com/p/bags/All-Night-Festival-Bag/_/prod9260014?color=3385&sz=ONESIZE Anyone else motivated by goods?
No, no material gift except the gift of being healthy and looking good!
Yes, isn’t the gift looking and feeling better? What do you do if you gain back the weight? Put the item in the back of your closet until you lose the weight again? This seems kinda like substituting a food addiction with a shopping addiction.
1. A 'fitness goal' doesn't have to be weight loss. It could be just becoming more active or exercising regularly, or learning a new skill like yoga or dancing. It could be running a certain distance or benching a certain weight, or starting weight training, or...you get the idea. 2. Nobody here said anything about a shopping addiction. 3. People who are buying a nice piece of jewellery or a bag are going to be able to use it even if they gain a few pounds. Maybe try to be a little bit more encouraging of people's progress and goals.
