For me, physical stress was not a factor. Mentally, I'm a pretty stoic person and decided I'm not going to let this rattle me. Pain is a part of life. What you can do to combat this is whatever you usually do to decompress. It's mostly your own mental toughness and your commitment to not taking it out on others. [/quote]
