The writing was on the wall last march when there was zero communication from teachers at our school and the principal didn't understand what the problem with that was (thankfully he departed for Ohio a few months later. Good luck to whatever school district got him). And then the failed roll out of their "mandatory" summer program that you could opt-out of. Such a mess. Anyone remember the summer when at every SB meeting Hutchings talked about how everyone was going to pat him on the back in the fall? At first it was annoying and then it became joke.
