I think it varies, which may also explain why some think you CAN’T EVER EDIT OR ADD and others say sure just check out and it will ask. As times get busier, they shut down changes further n advance. I say this purely based on experience and that sometimes when I go through with something marked as avaialble to add to my order, I try to add to upcoming shipment and it will say sorry can’t due to social distancing or something like that. I don’t think it is completely arbitrary though.[/quote]
