That's why kid B moves to another club if they decide they want to move to a higher club. It's a business decision as much as anything because a club knows they will lose player A if they move down, but the think they can keep player B without moving them up [/quote]

Totally disagree with this . Ive been in this situation before and here's some advice for the B Team player. Go to the A team coach tell him your want to be on that team tell them your going to leave if not. If your player is better than the A team They will make the promotion as a guaranteed sale and hope the A team player sticks around. But most coaches will choose the top 18 if pushed by the family and the player is good enough to be in the top 18 regardless of how long the A team has been together.[/quote]
