I have a master’s degree in exercise physiology. This is not a thing. Only a small segment of professional or Olympic-level athletes are capable of “getting their cardio by lifting weights”. You need to do real cardiovascular exercise, because this is not normal or healthy. Of course you're out of breath and your heart rate is high - your heart and lungs week, even if your quads are strong. [/quote]
