I think I saw literally one person in my yoga studio using a LL mat...the best mats are Manduku or Jade Yoga. LL mats are for people who like brands on display or don't do much yoga.[/quote] Jade mats disintegrate pretty quickly. Manduka is good, but their professional mats are way to heavy to lug around and get pretty slippery without a towel. I only use my Manduka at home. LLL is the gold standard for hot yoga. Other brands (including Manduka, tbh) have started producing mats with the same material and absorbent qualities that made LLL mats famous.[/quote]
