My friend moved from DC to Scottsdale, Arizona and was shocked at how many women never worked from a young age when married. She had a hard time finding women that were 'sharp' or could hold stimulating conversations. She misses the wit and intellect that she found when she lived in NYC and DC. Her friends were lawyers, doctors, Feds, teachers, scientists, tech/software, etc.. A lot of men looking for a life mate that come from families with strong, capable and smart women are looking more from a partner than a homemaker.[/quote]
