But getting it back down to under 15 is also a realistic goal. Hell, we were in that range for MONTHS. And we can expect to get back into that range again long before we ever get under 5 per 100. So even if changing the groupings and metrics doesnt open the doors tomorrow, it does still open them A LOT sooner[/quote]
