Lots of kids are perfectly happy on Bethesda's 2nd and 3rd teams, but if your only goal is to move to a higher team, you are likely to be disappointed. Yup, and just to add, that doesn't mean they are even interested in all of the kids on the top team - just the best kids on that team.  My kid sat on the bench for a fair proportion of his club's top team's games.  We would have preferred for him to be on the second to top team and actually play.[/quote]
