I found it a bit finicky at first, but the trick is to pour in your cold milk and start it right away, because the cold will sometimes trick it into thinking it's empty and it won't start. Once I figured that out, I had no problems. Between this and my Nespresso machine, I can have a gorgeous morning latte in my hand in under five minutes. My daughter uses it for frothy hot cocoa, too.
