There’s lots of federal jobs in Fort Meade bringing a lot of economy to that area, not to mention Northrup Grumman and Baltimore jobs. Calling it a “sleeper hit” is assuming that DC is all of the economy in the region, when it is actually only a fraction of the economy in the DMV. [/quote]
