Are you driving to Kansas City for groceries or Pueblo for your Starbucks? When I was a kid in Colorado we got by with cars and our forests were intact. Now everyone drives gas guzzling SUVs and beetles enabled by global warming have wiped out almost half the forests in the state, most of which will eventually burn down. I just looked up the Subaru Ascents mileage (27/21) - the car I was driving in the late 80's got better gas mileage.[/quote]
