Your explanation doesn’t really jive with how Lexia works unless you mean he was engaged for 30 minutes and then was over it. Did he screw up the assessment? I think only levels 1-3 test letters and my 3 year old raced through all 3 levels in a few hours. If he actually knows the material, this shouldn’t be a big deal. It’s actually way more likely that he messing something up and having to do it over and over. Could be as simple as not understanding how the controls work if you think he’s fluent in the material.
