I wouldn't put it past Trump to screw the Republicans. He may end up not really fully supporting either Senate candidate unless they really start to kiss up to him, which is probably not what they want to do. He's focused on Trump TV and his brand, what does he care about Senate control after January.
Trump isn't going to pay an iota of attention to this race either way. The larger threat is Kemp. He has experience in stealing elections. He was the former Secretary of State and has endless tricks up his sleeve. I'm sure he sees this as his Super Bowl, his moment to save the state for the Republicans no matter the means.
Very good points, both. Mitch McConnell and the GOP will put their entire might in these races. It is literally what makes them get up in the mornings. Trump won't care less, and at this point, the GOP does NOT want him around. It will become the most expensive run-off in history. Brace yourselves, and don't forget that door-to-door works best. People don't answer the phone or watch TV as much as they used to!!! Learn from the Presidential election. The GOP did a lot of good work going door-to-door. The Democrats did a lot of good work registering voters. You need to target particular demographics on social media, and engage them online!
