You can definitely turn this around. [/quote] At 16 weeks he's a baby. All babies are hard, human or dog. I've had only two puppies in my life, but both were like this at this tiny stage. You have to be committed to loving them and protecting them from themselves at this stage. It's WORK. He's still a baby. Next time get a full grown dog if you don't want to deal with the puppy stage. And yes, I'm judging a person who sent a baby off to boarding school and didn't understand it's too much to ask a baby to behave like a full grown ass adult dog. I'm also judging the trainers who didn't explain it to you.[/quote]
