Furthermore, letting an avowed progressive who is possibly unqualified get through has bad implications since the same could happen for a crazy conservative. I don’t want an RWNJ on the courts who didn’t clear the vetting process.

But THEN I figure, we don’t need to unilaterally disarm. Should judges be elected? No. But they are. The right the politicized the courts already. That ship has sailed. Why should the left play fair at a time like this? We’ve got more than enough unqualified RWNJs on the courts so one left wing activist on a MoCo court wouldn’t hurt. Marylin it is.[/quote]

This is my biggest problem with her- she basically concedes she went to talk to the Republicans for support and then when they wouldn’t she started trying to be the progressive candidate. [/quote]

I’ve been a practicing attorney in Montgomery county for 20 years. This women should NEVER be a judge. She can barely try  a case. [/quote]
