I voted for him too. x2 on independents. We need more of that in DC politics. Unfortunately, many people assume if you don't vote democrat, you are loosing your vote. I really hope we can get some more independent candidates in the future that have mass appeal. [/quote]

Eesh, Goodwin gives different answers to different audiences on matters like defunding the police. There have also been several incidences this year where he's rapidly changed positions and claims he's "evolving." This makes me leery that he is an opportunist who will support what's popular instead of what's best for the city's people and its budget. [/quote]

I read this, thanks for posting.  Seems he's young/inexperienced, doesn't know where he stands on issues, and therefore is willing to tell different parties what he thinks they want to hear.  The only thing he seems not to waver on are pro-developer issues.[/quote]
