I voted at Silver Spring around 11 AM today via paper ballot. I was in and out in 15 minutes. There was a longer line and wait time to vote electronically. You can go to any of the early-voting sites to vote.
DP. To clarify: the electronic voting also produces a paper ballot. You make your selections in the electronic voting machine, it gives you a print-out, you put the print-out into the ballot scanning machine. The main purpose of the electronic voting machine is to be an accessible voting device, i.e., for people with vision impairments, fine-motor impairments, etc. But everyone is allowed to use it.
