They were meant for people who wouldn't get the standard ballot in time (like out of the country). I think they won't even start counting them until after 11/3 because of the process. Luckily MD isn't a swing state so people who mistakenly requested these print at home ballots hopefully won't jeopardize calling a winner. [/quote]
