Well, From the article:

Our country seems to be the country that has this technology.  Trump will not acknowledge that diplomats are injured in certain countries and many seem to be so damaged they have to retire.  I don't put it past him to be directing it against Americans he is targeting.  What's a little more treason?  It fit his motives that Americans were attacked in Cuba putting an end to a better diplomatic relationship with Cuba.  [/quote]
