Bitchy PP here. Rest assured that I do take care of myself and love a good grooming routine as much as the next person, but what PP described is on another level. I simply don't know any woman who works full-time and has a family who has that much extra time on her hands to do all of this each week. In addition to the 1-2 hours each week it takes to actually do the treatments, there's the time spent making the scrubs and lotions, obtaining the ingredients, etc. And she's spending the time to do the same treatments on her DD. That adds up. But PP is right: her grooming routine is definitely "above average!" Kudos to you because it really is impressive.
 I am 55 yrs old. Married for 30+ yrs. Probably 20 yrs older than most moms here? So, I have years and years and years of experience in running a household, planning ahead, taking care of kids (who are not really kids anymore), making my lotion-potion remedies, making meals, juggling chores, being frugal, doing my 9-5 work and taking care of myself. Seriously, YEARS. What I have written is not something that happened in a few months. It evolved over years. I will take it as a compliment. There will always be something that others can do effortlessly that I cannot do. For example - I can do a brisk walk and some yoga and call it a day. But then I see many young moms running with their babies in running strollers and I am amazed that they have the stamina to run and that too with their babies along for the ride!!. Now, that is impressive.
I think it is awesome and aspire to be as diligent to my self care/extra hygiene. I have little kids and am lucky to wash my hair in a given day. I’m inspired by your dedication and hope to slowly get more into a routine beyond teeth/soap/and vitamin c.
