Parks are being cleaned up, new libraries. Some people are being pushed out. But perhaps you should look at the council for answers. They keep pushing they draconian laws against landlords that it is now way too risky to rent to lower income tenants. You need 2 years rent, in cash, in the bank as a cushion just in case your tenant decides he no longer wants to pay rent (not saying unable here, big difference). Happened to us and we are done with renting. Now are basement unit stays empty. [/quote]
