In the spring, you also have more buyers in the market. The more desirable neighborhoods will have multiple buyers and offers and the competition will make the prices higher. Many of the buyers out there want the same things and want to buy in the more desirable neighborhoods. So, the "deals" are likely to be in the medium to less desirable neighborhoods. So, either you are willing to pay more than the competition or compromise somewhere else.[/quote]
