[/quote] You can get relatively new colonials (built in the last 5-8 years) in Cross Creek. It is a golf club community just east of MD-29 and Briggs Cheney and very close to the ICC and will be very convenient when they open the interchange that is within 1 mile of the neighborhood. Technically, it is Beltsville, but most of the neighboring communities are in Silver Spring. Try searching for 20705. There are some very nice homes there that will meet your criteria.[/quote]
