This.  They aren't asking if you'd like to go back full time because bringing the kids back full time isn't on the table in the near future.  We'll muddle through hybrid first.  (Bleargh.  If it was five half-days a week, I'd be interested, but only two full days and then three days of "asynchronous" seems like the worst of both worlds.)  So there's no point in asking if you'd like that because it's not even on the table.  They aren't trying to alienate teachers.  They are trying to figure out if they will have the staff to do hybrid.  [/quote]
