I will be interested to hear. This is the second FCPS principal facing such a charge. I have no idea what specifically is alleged to have happened as far as him not reporting, but the only way I see this sticking is if he was told of specific allegations with both student and teacher named and he tried to sweep it under the rug.

I mean, the underlying case came to light when the parents of the student told police about inappropriate text messages and the student told the police what happened. If that was the first the principal had heard about it I don't know how he could be guilty of failing to report.[/quote]
