Yes and she is letting her fear rule her life.

She imagines people with dogs approach you and let their dogs slobber on people.

Np. You sound so delusional. I’m someone who is afraid of dogs (long story) and almost every single time I see someone with an unleash dog. In fact just this past weekend I was at Little Bennett. This dog was well-behaved and just a shout or whistle from the owner, the dog did not approach. I have had other friendly dogs who approached. Two other parks where I have encountered this is at the trail behind Woodley Gardens and Black Hills.

If OP has an allergy, this is a legit concern. [/quote]
