I don't think I've ever seen a dog off leash there and I go most weekends. My son has a dog allergy and it's usually enough to say, "please keep the dog away, my son is allergic." But also, as a former dog owner, I truly hate such inconsiderate dog owners. I really do. Not everyone loves their dog, but they just don't get it.[/quote] We stopped going to Lake Frank several years ago because there were so many unleashed dogs that would run up to my leashed dog and annoy him. The owners were usually useless about it. I don’t know if it has gotten better now.[/quote]
