It’s great to be proud of your kid but you don’t need to post on a message board for her. Passing the bar has virtually nothing to do with being able to practice tax law or trust and estates. Sitting for the bar four times is mostly a indication that a person moved around/wasn’t sure where they wanted to practice. It’s necessary if you want to practice in a bunch of states, especially if you don’t have much experience, but to be honest I’d rather my lawyer was practicing law than preparing for another bar exam.
