On top of that... the COVID protocols at CFA are non existent... every time I've gone there, the lobby is packed and the seats are definitely not 6 feet apart, they're not even pretending they're sanitizing... the last time I was there, there were quite a few people sitting in the lobby with masks around their chins... one woman standing close to me got into a heated argument with the staff about her bills! It was intense. They also expect you to share pens for paperwork and the hand sanitizer was out of liquid, etc... Bottom line: we're not going back. [/quote]
