OP here.  It's not inaccurate.  I did file that my ex sexually assaulted me.  This was in public too.  I didn't know it would follow me around for the rest of my life.  If I had, I wouldn't have pressed charges.  This is what I was just told -

"Our managing attorney reviewed your application and confirmed that there is nothing you can do to get your name removed from  Case Search.   The case is eligible for an expungement if (ex boyfriend) wants to file for it."[/quote]

I don't want ex to get this off HIS record.  The world should know who he is.  And he was my bf in high school and college.  I'm happily married with kids and I have no desire to talk to him.  [/quote]
