Your kid can play with the mask on if you want. We played Arlington yesterday and one of their kids did that. Majority will not do it and we will simply do not play games in area that have mask rule.
Well let’s face it. If you play the majority of parents and kids will not follow the basic rules. Sick kids will play with full knowledge and support of their parents. Look at the Arlington coronavirus thread. Most of the Arlington players and parents are not checking temps before practice and games. Why? They just know better and see no need to check temps. They say it is stupid and does not work. Same with social distancing and wearing mask. Let’s face it. The players and parents of the teams in two week quarantine are not mad at the players and parents who broke the rules. They are made at the rules and resulting quarantine. I bet the two week quarantine rule will be out the window very soon as clubs crack under pressure of the parents.
Your reading comprehension is very low. Arlington is handling the issue very well. The parents are understanding and supportive of the manner in which the club are acting. This is a good forum for honest information exchange from a minority of participants. Then there are others, like you, that have some unknown agenda to promote and spread misinformation. ....sad.
We all know your agenda. Shout down anyone who brings up a subject you do not like. Attack the poster and call them a troll when if fact you are the troll. What exactly in your post is honest information? That’s right nothing. Was that you on the Arlington thread trying to shut down the discussion by calling the OP a troll? Turns out the OP was right and you knew that...right? Parents post saying taking players’ temperatures before practice or games are a waste of time. Obviously some are not doing it. Now Arlington has cases and at least two teams are quarantine for two weeks. Seems like the system is not working and some parents are not supporting the club’s policy. Cases will happen. It’s a pandemic. Players(all kids) want to play and parents wants their DCs to play. Bet many parents forget to check their DC before every practice. The club should not put the responsibility for taking temperatures before practices or games on the players or parents. The club needs to take that responsibility to ensure all players are checked for fever before attending a club practice or game. It’s very easy to do, it’s safe and it may prevent a team from being quarantined.
