When you can bring Bart-T in to the school buildings, charge $1300 a week and not attempt anything for SN or the highest needs kids - you lost any appearance of a good faith effort. And I agree with the state assessment, if you can do Bart-T that is a de facto type school. Hogan was not saying schools need to start in September face to face - but they need some plan to get some kids in this - calendar year. [/quote]
