He's not excusing murder. He said the jury will decide his fate.

He basically said "Are we surprised that a kid thought it would be wise to try to control the situation because adults weren't?" Even out of context, it's not that an absurd of a question. Kids are dumb. 17 year old males think they have the answers. It's not a surprise that this has happened in America. [/quote]

We know what he said. We know why he said it. I guess the only think missing is a 17 year old white kid is stupid but not the 17 year old black kid. The black kid is a thug and should be charged as an adult. The white kid... Oh look he is so cute let’s let him go home and think about what he has done.
