They prioritized it for students who were registered for cancelled tests in March, April, May, and June. Those students had about a week to register for SATs before those who weren't registered for any of those tests. True, they didn't prioritize all seniors, but they did prioritize for many people who missed 1 or more tests in the spring.

Nope.  Only those registered for the June test got priority registration for fall dates.  My kid was registered for March and when that was cancelled we moved to May.  Cancelled again so I gave up assuming that June definitely wasn't happening.  I was right, but unfortunately, that also meant DC did NOT get priority registration.  We had to wait for that extra week, and at that point the earliest fall date open nearby (because I'm not driving to PA or WV) was October.  August and September locations within a 50 mile radius were completely booked.[/quote]
