How many years has it been in between? I wish I could weigh what I weighed when I got married 9 years ago. I weighed 125 (5'7" tall) and have never looked better. Now I am 155 (6 months postpartum with my 3rd kid in 5 years) and trying my hardest to get back down to 135-140lbs. Each pregnancy it has gotten harder to lose the weight (I gain 60lbs each pregnancy) and the older I get it is just getting harder. I know this is normal but dammit I want to weigh what I weighed when I got married!
I was underweight when I got married. I'm 35 and got married when I was 25. I weighed about 120. Now I weigh 125 (as of March - last time I was at the doctor, and don't own a scale). I've had two kids.
Same. How many people know in the back of their mind that they were underweight for their weddings? I was so stressed and worried about things that I wasn't eating properly. I looked "good" by today's unrealistic standards. I know those photos are fantastic. But it doesn't change the fact that I was undernourished. I'm 5'7", was 118 on my wedding day. I weigh 134 now and am most comfortable around 128. That's still on the thin side for someone my size.
