[/quote] I agree that attending an "academic" preschool doesn't automatically give a 3 year old a leg up on other 3 year olds. But I have no doubt that there are 3 year olds who do have a leg up on other 3 year olds because they are more academically prepared (usually at home) and that these students are on a fast track to a much better education.
