Adults have a MUCH higher risk of serious outcomes or death from COVID than young children. Many teachers are older and have risk-heightening health conditions (many -- the fiction that schools are full of healthy 20-something adults is a myth). Adults shut in enclosed classrooms all day with kids who won't comply with masks, who won't distance, who won't cover their coughs and sneezes. Come ON. Use your brain.[/quote]
