If any of these decisions were being made based on the latest evidence then we wouldn't even need a whole day for cleaning. Covid-19 is overwhelmingly transmitted through airborne droplets. All the studies have struggled to produce any evidence whatsoever of anyone being infected by touching contaminated surfaces. That points to a need to wipe down surfaces more frequently maybe but not an hours-long deep clean every week. We can all deduce what is really happening here.[/quote]
